Normas de régimen interno

  1. El reglamento de régimen interior que, en su caso, exista, especificará como mínimo, las condiciones de admisión, las normas de convivencia y funcionamiento, así como todo aquello que permita y favorezca el normal desenvolvimiento del disfrute de las instalaciones, equipamientos y servicios.
  2. La reserva de alojamiento comienza a las 12:00 horas del primer día del periodo contratado y finaliza a las 11:00 horas del día señalado como fecha de salida. Para posibles cambios, roguemos que nos consulte. La prolongación en la ocupación por tiempo superior al descrito, sin que exista previo acuerdo, ocasionara el deber de abonar una jornada más.
  3. No se permitirá la estancia de cuatro personas.
  4. Se prohíbe fumar en todo el edificio.
  5. Se prohíbe el acceso de personas acompañadas de animales, a excepción de las personas acompañadas de perros guías, conforme establece la Ley 5/1998, de 23 de Noviembre, relativa al uso en Andalucía de perros guía por personas con disfunciones visuales. En este caso deberá informar.
  6. Conforme al decreto 10/2003 Artº 5 y 7 por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General de Admisión de personas en establecimiento de espectáculos públicos y actividades recreativas, se impedirá el acceso y la permanencia de personas en el establecimiento en los siguientes supuestos:
  7. a) Cuando el aforo establecido se haya completado con los usuarios que se encuentren en el interior del recinto o establecimiento, excepto en el caso de sobrecontratación, en el que se estará a lo dispuesto en el art. 12 del Decreto 47/2004 de 10 de Febrero.
  8. b) Cuando se haya superado el horario de cierre.
  9. c) Cuando se carezca de la edad mínima establecida para acceder al local, según la normativa vigente.
  10. d) Cuando la persona que pretenda acceder no haya abonado la entrada o localidad en los casos en que esta sea exigible.
  11. e) Cuando la persona manifieste actitudes violentas, en especial, cuando se comporte de forma agresiva o provoque altercados, origine situaciones de peligro o molestias a otros asistentes, o no reúna las condiciones de higiene.
  12. f) Cuando la persona porte armas, y objetos susceptibles de ser utilizados como tales, salvo que de conformidad con lo dispuesto en cada momento por la normativa específica aplicable, se trate de miembros de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad o de escoltas privados integrados en empresas privadas, y accedan al establecimiento en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
  13. g) Cuando la persona este consumiendo drogas, sustancias estupefacientes o psicotrópicas, o muestren síntomas de haberlas consumido, y los que muestren signos o comportamientos evidentes de estar embriagados.
  14. h) Cuando provoque ruidos que molesten el normal desarrollo del establecimiento.
  15. i) Cuando no adopte medidas o actitudes contra la sanidad y limpieza del establecimiento.
  16. j) Cuando se atente contra la normal convivencia social del establecimiento.
  17. No obstante, y en los casos descritos anteriormente, la persona queda obligada al abono de los gastos que haya generado hasta el momento de la prohibición de acceso o permanencia en el establecimiento.
  18. Está prohibido utilizar las toallas y otras prendas del alojamiento para su uso exterior.
  19. Le recomendamos:

Cierre la puerta del apartamento al salir.

Mantenga la puerta cerrada cuando esté en la habitación.

Proteja su llave.

Notifíquenos inmediatamente cualquier hecho anormal que aprecie como: personas en actitud sospechosa por el pasillo, repetidas llamadas telefónicas de personas que no se identifican, llamadas a la puerta de su habitación de personas desconocidas para usted, o no encontrar a nadie en la puerta cuando usted acude a abrirla.

No invite a extraños ni permita el acceso al edificio sin preguntar.

No discuta planes específicos de futuras excursiones, salidas, etc. En público o con extraños.

Si descubre algún tipo de deterioro o anomalía, póngase en contacto con recepción.

La instalación eléctrica de su alojamiento es de 220 Voltios.

Evite hacer ruido innecesariamente y respete las horas de descanso del resto de vecinos.

Rogamos utilice las instalaciones adecuadamente, respetando el mobiliario .

Algún horario puede cambiar en función de la época del año.

Rules and regulations of the Establishment

In accordance with Article 13 of Decree 47/2004 of February 10, on Hotel Establishment, BOJA No. 42, of March 2, 2004, the establishment has the following company rules Internal Regulations that will be in compliance with the establishment’s clients.

  1. Article 13. Company rules.
  1. Hotel establishments will have a set of rules and regulations at their disposition with obligatory character for hotel guests and clients during their stay.
  2. Company rules and regulations will specify, as a minimum requirement, rules of admission, conditions for the sucessful running of the establishment, including poinst which will help towards the enjoyment of all installations, facilities and services.
  3. Hotel proprietors may call the authorities for assitance in vacating any guest who may fail to keep to the rules, or who may at any time remain on the premises with the intention of using facilities for reasons other than those intended, as established in Article 33.2 of the Law of Tourism.
  4. Hotel guests must pay for services used when presented wit the invoice (according to art. 9 e) of 47/2004 of February 10 decree of hotel establishments, in the same establishment or negociated conditions.
  5. The owner of the establishment is in title to ask a deposit when a reservation is made. This amount will be deducted of the total cost at the end of the service.

When the reservation is not longer than 10 days, the deposit will be equivalent to ono day of the price of the room.

When the reservation is longer thant 10 days, the deposit will be the price of ono day of the room for every 10 days period or the fraction of the time that the reservation will take place.

If the cancellation of the reservation does not take place seven days prior the date of arrival, the owner of the establishment reserves the right to keep the deposit  for the reservation.

  1. Room reservation begin at 12:00 hours on the first day of the period reserved and end at 12:00 hours on the day reserved for vacating hotel rooms. Please ask in reception for any changes to this timetable. Staying of later than these time, without prior agreement, will automatically suppose a further day is to be paid.
  2. Two guests are not allowed to use a double room which has been reserved for only one person. In that case, the full price for a double must be paid.
  3. Room cleaning time are from 09:00 to 13:00 h
  4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in this establishment
  5. Pets and animal are not allowed to come into the hotel, with the exception of ghide dogs, in accordante with decree law 5/1998, of 23 November, with respect to the use of guide dogs for person with difficulties in seeing in Andalusia.
  6. In accordante with decree law 10/2003 article 5 and 6 in which the General Law of admission of persons in establishments where performances are shown and recreational activities take place, admission will be denied under the following circumstances:

a) When the established capacity has been completed and the area is full, except in the case of over contratation, according to 12 art of the 47/2004 of 10 of February decree, of the hotel establishments.

b) When closing times have been exceeded

c) When the client is under the minimum age established for entrance, according to the applicable norm.

d) When the entrance fee has not been paid in those cases that a fee is required.

e) When the client demonstrates a violent attitudes, acting in an aggressive way, provoking arguments, with the intent to cause danger or to disrupt others, or when a minimum personal hygiene is not established.

f) When the client carries arms, or any object which may be used as such, excepting when in accordance with arrengements when specific norms apply, such as those used by Security Forces, by private personal bodyguards, who enter the establishment as part of their duties.

g) When any person consumes drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances, or shows signs of having consumed drugs, or acts in a drunken way.

h) When a person makes so much noise that they disturb the usual development of the establishment

i) When a person adopts measures a destructive attitude against  health and sanitary of the establishment.

j) When an attempt is made to disrupt the usual social environment of the establishment.

10. In the aforementioned cases, it this important to note that any person causing damage must pay for the costs of repair up to the moment of prohibition of entry or when being forced to remain on the premises

11. Admission within the establishment must be in those areas reserved for the public. Hotel guests and clients must not use areas which are either reserved or private. Correct dress code is expected at all times.

12. Security regulations do not allow the use of irons in hotel rooms. Be careful to extinguish cigarettes before going to sleep

14. It is prohibited to use the towels and other bedclothes outside hotel rooms. The hotel provides umbrellas and “jarapas” for use free of charge. There is a deposit of € 5 which will be returned when the umbrellas and “jarapas” handed in. In case of loss or damage to the umbrellas and “jarapas”, the deposit will not refunded.

15. The management of the establishment recommends the following:
a) Take care of your luggage. Make sure it is not left Don't leave it unattended.
b) Close your hotel room door on leaving, always double check that it is closed correctly, even though you are absent for a short period of time.
c) Keep your hotel door closed safely whilst in your room.
d) Close suitcases and luggage when not in use and store it in the wardrobe. If the luggage has a lock, use it at all times.
e) Look after your room key at all times. Do not simply leave it at the reception desk without making sure reception staff have put it in its proper place. Always return room keys before leaving the hotel.
f) Notify the Management immediately if your suspect anything unusual for instance, anyone acting suspiciously in hotel corridors, anonymous phone calls, if anyone you don´t know knocks on your hotel room door, or if there is knocking on your door and no one is there when you open it.
g) Do not offended if reception staff ask you for identification. 
h) Do not display jewelry, money, or valuables in hotel rooms.
i) Do not invite strangers into your room, nor disclose your hotel room number to anyone unknown.
j) Do not allow maintenance staff to enter your hotel room without having asked for services or without prior authorisation.
k)Do not allow anyone to enter your hotel room, with deliveries which have not been ordered.
l) When you establish relationships with unknown people, do not tell them the name of your hotel or your room number.
m) Do not discuss specific plans for excursions or trips in public, or in front of strangers
n) Do not show your room key in public. Do not hang clothing over the railing in your hotel room, nor on the room terrace.
o) If you find any type of deterioration or fault within the premises, please contact reception.
p) The electrical installation of your hotel room is 220 Volts
q) Please respect sleeping hours and siesta times in the vicinity of rooms, and avoid making excessive noise.
r) We urge hotel guest to use facilities accordingly. Take care of furniture and fittings and of the hotel gardens.
s) We ask you to keep to hotel timetables.
t) We would like to thank you in advance for participating in fire drills in case there is a fire check during your stay.
u) Timetables are subject to change depending on time of year.
